Qualifications
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic and can-do attitude
- Observes safety standards
- Has a minimum of three years of experience in the irrigation industry
- Maintains a clean driving record and meets company vehicle insurance requisites
- Is willing to help the team
- Is detail-oriented, organized, and able to document processes
- Displays a high energy level, positive outlook, and forward-thinking attitude
- Understands the tools, materials, techniques, and mechanics of an irrigation system
- Proficient in operating grounds and landscaping equipment
Responsibilities
- Provide advice to clients on optimal water usage for their irrigation system
- Identify and address problems with residential and commercial irrigation systems
- Expertise in the maintenance and repair of irrigation components such as pipes, sprinkler heads, controls, valves, and pumps
- Familiarity with smart water devices such as HydraWise and Rachio
- Assist the General Manager in guaranteeing efficient job execution and high-quality customer service
- Perform routine maintenance of irrigation systems for activation and draining
- Assist other departments in times of need
- Foster a positive and hardworking atmosphere within the team
