 Sun Valley Apartments is entering an exciting new chapter, new management, fresh vision, and a full-scale revitalization and we’re looking for a strong, motivated Property Manager to lead the way. 

This is a unique opportunity to step into a 132-unit HUD/Tax Credit community that’s actively undergoing rehabilitation of apartment homes and common areas. You’ll play a key role in shaping the resident experience, driving performance, and helping reposition the community for long-term success.

What We Offer 

  • Competitive salary up to $54,080 annually, based on experience, certifications, skills, and education
  • Eligible candidates will receive a $2,500 sign-on bonus, with $1,250 paid upon hire and the remaining $1,250 issued after 90 days of satisfactory employment

What you will do

The Property Manager will serve as the supervisory position with authority, responsibility, and accountability to plan, implement and monitor business operations of the property. As Property Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, ensure HUD/Tax Credit compliance, lead and motivate your team, and help guide Sun Valley through its transformation. Your leadership will directly impact resident satisfaction, occupancy, and the overall success of the community.

Skills and Requirements

  • Leadership and team development
  • Solid judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and organization skills
  • Budget and financial reporting knowledge
  • Two years of management experience
  • Three to four years of property management experience
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in any field or industry certifications will be considered
