We need someone who has a deep understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle delivery, EHR platforms and operational efficiency. In the role, you will be responsible for delivering actionable insights and innovative solutions that help healthcare organizations navigate complex challenges and achieve their business objectives.

About The Position

  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Manage healthcare advisory projects, developing and implementing strategies to grow the business and expand client relationships.
    • Partner with senior executives to assess and advise on client strategies, including revenue cycle assessments, operational improvement, healthcare management services, and EHR platforms.
    • Oversee the development of tailored solutions for healthcare clients, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and evolving market conditions.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations
    • Provide revenue cycle assessment and advisory services to clients, ensuring satisfaction and the successful implementation of recommended strategies and implementations.
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for critical team members that may include senior leadership on all matters related to healthcare advisory services.
  • Team Development and Management:
    • Mentor and develop high-performing teams of healthcare consultants and subject-matter experts, as needed.
    • Provide guidance and oversight on complex healthcare projects, ensuring that team members have the resources, support, and expertise to deliver high-quality results.
  • Business Development:
    • Pursue new business opportunities with the intention of expanding the practice's portfolio.
    • Contribute and in the preparation and presentation of proposals, including cost estimates, project plans, and timelines.
    • Participate in industry conferences, seminars, and other networking events to build brand awareness and foster new relationships.
  • Support project initiations and go-lives as needed
  • Industry Expertise:
    • Possess deep knowledge and experience in healthcare revenue cycle assessment and optimization services
    • Maintain an expertise in revenue cycle managed services and associated tools and technologies
    • Have experience delivering revenue advisory services, revenue cycle managed services, IT advisory services, and/or aligned expertise that may help cost, deploy or implement services
    • Stay up to date on healthcare industry trends, regulatory changes, and innovations to provide clients with relevant and cutting-edge advice.
  • Performance Oversight:
    • Track performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Collaboration:
    • Collaborate closely with other internal teams such as marketing, sales, and product development to ensure the healthcare advisory practice is aligned with broader organizational goals.
    • with external partners, including healthcare vendors, consultants, and industry bodies, to enhance the advisory service offering.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education:
    • A bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, public health, or a related field is required.
  • Experience:
    • 10+ years of experience in healthcare advisory, consulting, or a leadership role within the healthcare industry.
    • Proven track record in healthcare revenue cycle, strategic advisory, business development, team management and managed services.
    • Deep knowledge of healthcare industry dynamics, including regulations, policy, payer-provider relations, and operational best practices.
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent client relationship-building and communication skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex healthcare data into actionable insights.
    • Strong project management skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
    • In-depth understanding of healthcare revenue cycle, digital health technologies, and emerging industry trends.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience in a senior position within a healthcare consulting firm or health system.
  • Expertise in revenue cycle optimization through advisory services and managed services.

  • All work on all position at Signature Performance must be completed in the continental United States, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Monday through Friday, Standard Business Hours

Compensation Range

$150,000-$250,000/annually
