In the role of Marketing Communication & Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for creating data-driven, digital marketing campaigns to deliver measurable results.

About The Position

• This position does not include design functions.
• Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, paid search, display, and SEO.
• Create, schedule, and manage content for company social media platforms, ensuring brand voice consistency.
• Support website content management, updates, and SEO optimization to improve visibility and organic traffic.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide regular reporting with insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align content with brand voice and organizational marketing strategy.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in digital content and SEO.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing execution.
• Experience with Digital Marketing platforms: Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Wix/WordPress, and SEO tools.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, social media marketing, and digital marketing best practices.
• Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills.
• Excellent command of the English language, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent collaboration skills.
• Strong willingness to learn and understand healthcare trends, processes, and market updates.

Compensation Range

$74,000 - $83,000/annually
