SUMMARY
We are currently looking for a Location Manager for our Gordon, Nebraska agronomy department at Legacy Coop. The Location Manager is responsible for overseeing all operational activities, including the management of staff, resources, and inventory to ensure efficient operations. The manager will play a key role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, ensuring safety compliance, and meeting financial objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include but not limited to:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the agronomy plant and yard, including logistics, equipment, and facility management.
Ensure timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of agricultural products, including fertilizers, seeds, chemicals, and crop protection materials.
Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
Loads and unloads crop products as needed, safely and without overflows, leakages, or contamination of product or damage to equipment or property.
Creates daily, weekly, and monthly reports when required by management
Provides excellent customer service by listening to customer and resolving service complaints as necessary
Other duties may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must have valid driver's license or CDL or the ability to obtain a CDL.
