POSITION 
Swim Instructor, On-call, Madonna Wellness Club/ProActive

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for providing safe and effective swimming lessons to all users of ProActive aquatic services.
• Swimming lessons include private, semi-private and group offerings.
• Ensures safe and clean environment for all users of the ProActive aquatic facility.  Work will be performed in an ethical and legal manner following organizational policies, processes, protocols and procedures.
• Responsible for quality service delivery and internal/external customer relations for Madonna as a whole, including upholding the mission and values for the department and facility.

  EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• High school diploma preferred or 16 years of age.
• Previous experience swimming and instructing swim lesson preferred.
• Must be and maintain current certification as one of the following: Basic Swim Instructor, Water Safety Instructor, Lifeguard training or Aquatic Instructor.
• CPR/AED certification required prior to hire date.
• Recertification required prior to expiration.
