POSITION
Lifeguard, Madonna Wellness Club, On-call

RESPONSIBILITIES  (5-7 bullet points of key job tasks)

• Ensures safe and clean environment for all users of the ProActive aquatic facility.
• Ensures compliance with State regulations.
• Teach swim lessons.
• Work will be performed in an ethical and legal manner following organizational policies, processes, protocols and procedures.
• Responsible for quality service delivery and internal/external customer relations for Madonna as a whole, including upholding the mission and values for the department and facility

  EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (3-4 bullet points qualifications needed)
• Must be 16 years of age or older. High school diploma preferred.
• Must be and maintain current certification as a lifeguard.
• Lifeguard training certification required.
• CPR/AED certification required prior to hire date.
• Recertification required prior to expiration.
