Job title: Product Marketing Manager
Compensation: $80,000-$105,000 per year
Location: Omaha, NE - Hybrid

The job: 

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will support the execution of successfully bringing new solutions and features to market and nurturing both product adoption and customer retention. Youâ??ll develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies that align with our business objectives, resonate with our target audience, and differentiate us from competitors.

What you will do: 

  • Lead product launches by defining value propositions, creating product positioning, and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Engineering teams.
  • Act as a market and customer expert, continuously refining competitive positioning and updating internal and external messaging.
  • Identify and prioritize new product opportunities through customer interviews, persona development, market research, and competitive analysis.
  • Gather and analyze customer insights to understand behaviors, pain points, and common questions using tools like NPS, usability testing, and interviews.
  • Translate data into actionable insights that inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Partner with Lifecycle Marketing to support adoption, retention, and upsell efforts.
  • Collaborate on product testing and go-to-market strategy, while contributing to market trend analysis, cross-functional initiatives, and peer coaching.

Who you are and what you need: 

  • Bachelorâ??s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
  • 3+ years of experience developing and executing strategic marketing plans required.
  • Marketing experience in technology, SaaS, and/or construction is preferred, but not required.
  • Certifications with the Pragmatic Institute and/or the Product Marketing Alliance is a plus!
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a talent for turning business goals into actionable marketing initiatives.
  • Skilled in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making to measure and optimize performance.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent project management skills and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
