We are looking to hire an accomplished litigation attorney with eight to fifteen years of relevant experience. Attorneys who thrive at Fraser Stryker embrace diverse perspectives, value teamwork, and deliver exceptional client service.

Your Role

• Legal Advice: Lead and manage complex litigation cases, including strategy, discovery, depositions, trial preparations, court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations
• Strategic: Provide strategic counsel and advice to clients on litigation risks and opportunities
• Collaboration: Interact directly with clients, opposing counsel, and other interested parties to achieve the most favorable outcome for our clients
• Compliance: Advise clients on regulatory and compliance matters related to ongoing litigation
• Relationship Management: Build and manage client relationships to build trust, strengthen relationships and promote business development

Your Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Eight to fifteen years of relevant litigation experience
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of managing and resolving insurance defense and complex litigation cases from inception though trial or settlement
• Licensed: Be currently licensed or be eligible to become licensed to practice law in the state of Nebraska
• Client-Centric: Targeted focus on client service and responsiveness
• Productive: Produce high quality, efficient work product, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Articulate: Communicate complex concepts concisely and effectively
• Flexible: Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Autonomy: Take ownership of independent work and can handle appropriate cases with minimal oversight
• Driven: Show initiative and seek responsibility
