Residence Life Desk Worker

We are looking for Students who want to be involved on campus, give back to their community, and sharpen their customer service skills. The desk worker is a visual presence and direct liaison for the students to the Residence Life office.

- Residence Life Staff members serve as a positive role model for residents and visitors. This should be modeled through your interactions with students and visitors while working the front desk.
- Be a visible security presence by following all procedures as trained.
- Check-in and check-out visitors as needed.
- Willingness to work overnight shifts and weekend shifts.
- Properly document any shift change forms.
- Answer the front desk phone and transfer calls as needed.
- Check eRez Life bulletins and front desk signs regularly for pertinent information.
- Maintain open and honest communication with Residence Life Staff
