Within the frame work of the organization's mission, vision and strategic plan, accountable for all aspects of managing imaging and navigation systems. Work closely with operating room lead staff nurses and the department managers to coordinate the operating room schedule. Work with surgical specialties/surgeons including neurosurgery, orthopedic, ears, nose and throat surgery, and vascular surgery. Serve as a liaison between departments, ensuring the patients undergo the correct diagnostic studies before presenting to the department. Provide expert technical knowledge and assist the surgical team during procedures requiring intraoperative imaging and navigation. Position also may include care and handling of instrumentation and assisting team in operating room which may include direct patient care.

Required Qualifications:
* Minimum of one year clinical experience in the healthcare industry required.
* High school education or equivalent required.
* Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills required.
* Demonstrate ability to work with physicians and other healthcare personnel required.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in operating room environment preferred.
* Bachelor's degree in biology, computer science, nursing, or related field preferred.
* Demonstrate systems approach to solve complex problems preferred.
* Experience with imaging navigation systems preferred.
* Demonstrate ability with computerized database systems preferred.
* Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Nebraska or current compact state license preferred.
* Other licensed /certified hospital personnel, i.e. Radiology Technologist, Surgical Technologist preferred.
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred, must be from an American Heart Association (AHA) endorsed program (effective for new hires starting January 1, 2023 or later).
