Facility Technician, Senior (Posting for UNMC Employees Only)

POSTING FOR UNMC EMPLOYEES ONLY

Facility Technician, Senior will successfully lead crews and complete Preventive Maintenance, Troubleshooting, Work Orders and Minor Renovations and to include the following trades: HVAC, Refrigeration, Plumbing, Temperature controls, Lighting and Electrical. This position will be responsible for assisting Facility Managers and/or coordinators with the scheduling, coordinating, mentoring and leading crews.
