Position Summary
Provides customer support to Personnel Actions Forms (PAF) Coordinators across UNMC to include and not limited to updating/maintaining information in SAP (Human Resources System), Academic Department Information System (ADIS) and I-9 Form Management System.

Office work experience in a human resources environment utilizing HRIS enterprise solutions (i.e., PeopleSoft, SAP, etc.).

Experience in providing guidance related to internal procedures and experience in providing excellent customer’s service.

Experience with excel spreadsheets, generation of professional documents in word and generating power points documents.

Required Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. Accurate data entry (65 words or more per minute).
2. Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
3. Ability to organize and complete work in an effective and efficient way.
4. Ability to handle multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
5. Ability to take initiative and to work independently with minimal supervision. A strong sense of urgency and ownership is required.
6. Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
7. Regular attendance and timeliness are essential – Work schedule 8:00am to 5:00pm.
8. Ability to commit whatever time or effort is required to ensure customer/managers and employees needs are met.
9. Ability to speak with culturally diverse employee population.
10. Effective customer service and interpersonal skills.
11. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to provide clear guidance to customers.
12. Ability to continuously learn and to pursue self-development through personal study, training, and education.
