Position Summary
Molecular biologist to provide support to cell and molecular biology studies in an established virus pathogenesis and evolution lab. Duties include maintaining lab activities and resources, conducting or assisting with relevant research experiments, as well as recording and analyzing results according to established protocols. Participates in laboratory meetings.

  • Willingness to follow recommended improvements in technologies.
  • Ability to plan, organize and coordinate own work assignments.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with supervisors, professional staff and students.
Preferred Education: Master's degree or equivalent

Biology, cell biology, virology, molecular biology, or related scientific field
Preferred Experience:
One or more years’ experience in research laboratory environment with preference to experience in virology, molecular biology, cell biology, and/or immunology.
