Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY

To provide technical oversight to the Core Laboratory. Works with Clinical Laboratory Director and manager to establish technical standards and ensure continuous quality of services.

Qualifications

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education/Qualification

MT(ASCP) or equivalent plus four years of medical technologist experience, generalist preferred
3 years of professional experience that demonstrates progressive leadership background
Problem solver, collaborate, multitask, initiative and self-motivated
Participate in all CAP activities, QC review, writing of SOPs, inventory, analyzer maintenance

Skills

Ability to lead projects, evaluate and validate new equipment
- Fundamental computer skills and keyboard familiarity
- Able to speak and write English Fluently
- Demonstrated communication, organization and critical thinking skills
