Position Summary:

• Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the hospital.
• Responsible for establishing a system for assuring that high quality care is provided.
• Assures the sound fiscal operation of the hospital while promoting services that are produced in a cost effective manner. 
• Ensures compliance with regulatory agencies while continually monitoring the facility’s services and delivery systems.
• Approves and enforces facility’s operational procedures, policies, and standards

EDUCATION: Masters’ degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Psychology, Counseling or a related field from an accredited college or university preferred.

EXPERIENCE: Masters’ Degree-minimum five years management experience in a healthcare setting or Bachelors’ Degree-7 years experience in a healthcare setting. Other combinations of education and experience may be substituted for experience.
