Anastasi Trucking & Paving Co., a Lancaster-based site work contractor is seeking a Dump Truck Driver (CDL Class B) and a Lowboy Driver (CDL Class A) to help us fulfill our commitments.

Compensation:

• Signing Bonus: $500 on start and another $500 after 6 months of safe and responsible company driving record.
• $25+ Per Hour
• Full benefits package

Dump Truck Driver - Job Description and Duties:

• General short-haul driver.
• Transport aggregate, asphalt, general fill, and similar products.
• Dump truck and/or trailer experience is a plus.
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues
• Ability to follow directions and read a map
• Load and secure materials
• Comply with truck driving rules and regulations, as well as with company policies and procedures
• Safely maneuver vehicles around construction sites
• Report defects, accidents, or violations
• Work as a team with other drivers, dispatchers, and all co-workers
• Good attitude and demeanor
• Maintain a clean truck

Lowboy Truck Driver - Job Description and Duties:

• General short-haul driver.
• Transport construction equipment to and from job sites.
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues.
• Ability to follow directions and read a map
• Experience operating typical heavy equipment of a site contractor
• Load and secure equipment
• Comply with truck driving rules and regulations, as well as with company policies and procedures
• Safely maneuver truck and trailer around construction sites
• Report defects, accidents, or violations
• Work as a team with other drivers, dispatchers, and all co-workers
• Good attitude and demeanor
• Maintain a clean truck
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Must have New York State Class A or B Commercial Driver's License
• Experience driving multiple types of trucks
• Applicant must possess an OSHA 10 certificate or be willing to complete the OSHA 10 hour safety training prior to hire.
• Proven work experience as a truck driver
• Construction experience is preferred
• Mechanical knowledge and experience
• Safe driving record
