1. CNS Transplant Specialist: In this unique opportunity you will join a well-established hospital transplant practice. The CNS will work alongside a top-notch interdisciplinary team with state-of-the-art technology! Supporting Adult and Pediatric solid organ transplant clinical practice across the entire care continuum.

Experience and Requirements:

1. APP-CNS positions require Adult-Gerontology, critical care CNS board certification.
