Regional Sales Manager - Bilingual The Regional Sales Manager is the main point of contact between the company and its food service customers and brokers. You will acquire customers and manage customer relationships to increase sales by developing sales plans, achieving planned goals and coordinating with our operations team on a variety of activities within the region. This role is based in CA. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Manage and maintain customer relationships within the assigned foodservice region.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and broker representatives in the food service industry.
  • Achieve sales goals through effective communication and negotiation skills within the food service industry.
  • Infuse a passion for healthy living into sales strategies by promoting wellness-focused solutions.
  • Work independently to drive sales initiatives and strategic goals.
  • Develop prospect lists for use as sales leads based on information from newspapers, business directories, trade ads, trade shows, Internet sites and other sources.
  • Accurately track your activities in our CRM and use it to execute your sales strategy.
  • Travel throughout assigned territory to call on current and prospective customers to solicit orders or to meet with customers on the sales floor or over the phone.
  • Coordinate customer installations and training.
  • Attend trade shows.
