We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a CPA-certified professional who thrives in a collaborative office setting and is eager to contribute to a mission-driven organization. This role is responsible for overseeing the company's accounting functions, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and financial reporting.

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support strategic decision-making.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations and tax requirements.

Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and enhance operational efficiency.

Collaborate with department heads to optimize financial performance and provide insights for cost-saving opportunities.

Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Work closely with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
