Job Responsibilities

30% AI-Driven Solution Design : Develop AI-enhanced architectures to improve data processing, predictive analytics, and decision-making capabilities across core systems like MuleSoft, Salesforce, and Azure Cloud. Leverage AI to streamline operations within NetSuite, Salesforce CRM, and Salesforce Field Service, enhancing operational efficiency, forecasting, and member satisfaction.

20% Cross-Platform Integration : Architect integrations for mobile and web applications, prioritizing a unified, user-centered experience and efficient data flow between systems.

20% Documentation, Standards, & Support : Create solution blueprints, system diagrams, and documentation that adhere to best practices and support both current and future state architectures. Guide development teams in adhering to architectural standards, ensuring security, scalability, and solution effectiveness. Help improve system stability, speed, reliability, and resource utilization.

15% Stakeholder Collaboration : Work with business and IT teams to align solutions with business goals, creating technical roadmaps that drive innovation and meet operational needs. Initiate and lead proof-of-concept (POC) projects to evaluate the viability and impact of new technologies, ensuring they meet performance, scalability, and strategic needs.

15% Technology Innovation : Stay up to date on AI and tech trends to propose innovative solutions that keep pace with industry advancements.

Job Specific Requirements

Certifications in MuleSoft, Salesforce, Azure, or AI/ML platforms; preferred
Proven experience with MuleSoft for API connectivity, Salesforce CRM and Field Service, and Azure Cloud for infrastructure management
Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce) and web/mobile applications, with experience in AI integration
Understanding of data modeling, integration patterns, microservices architecture, and cloud infrastructure
Ability to explain AI-driven concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strategic thinking with a focus on AI innovation
Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts
Collaborative mindset and experience working with cross-functional teams

Physical Requirements

Ability to perform routine office tasks that includes operating a computer for long periods of time, sitting, filing and communicating on the phone
Ability to perform all physical functions consistent with travel including sitting in airplanes and driving for long periods of time
Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull a maximum of 30 lbs

Starting Pay Range: $120,000 to $150,000
