Setting : Free Standing Clinic
Dates of coverage needed: 12/18 to 3/2 with possible ongoing extension
Schedule : Monday Friday; 8a - 5p
Scope of Practice: Urgent Care, work related injuries, pre-employment physicals
Experience : 2+ years of UC and Occ Med experience
License and certification: Board Certified, MO State License, DEA, BLS, DOT Certification
