Manages the clinical relationships with consulting psychiatrists/physicians when needed.
Interacts with clinical program directors, therapists, and other staff members, as appropriate, providing guidance if needed.
Works in collaboration with the members of the Executive Team and/or members of the Directors Team to develop clinical content and ensure all clinical programs are in compliance.
Works in conjunction with a treatment team to help ensure that there are appropriate staff interventions and care provided to benefit clients.
Requirement:
MD from an accredited University.
California Medical Board-certified psychiatrist.
Minimum 8 years' experience working in a patient (preferably children) psychiatric setting as a psychiatrist.
Physician and Surgeon General License-Medical Board of CA required.
DEA Practitioner Registration-to prescribe medication required.
Ability to provide services at both Gilroy & Campbell, CA locations-Outpatient Clinics
Spanish bilingual a plus.
License:
Current and clear license to practice medicine in California.
