Job Description & RequirementsJob Details:
• Pay: $110 Hr.
• Coverage dates: ASAP - 5 Months with option to extend, as needed
• Schedule: 3x12 Hours per week (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Monday, Thursday, Friday). Flexibility on this schedule is very helpful and preferred if changes are needed.
• Daily Responsibilities: Urgent Care cases - Flu, Sickness, I&D, Lacerations, Suturing, Toenails, Fractures, X-Ray Reading Capabilities Required. Must be comfortable with work ups and higher acuity patients, as needed. ER Experience highly preferred.
• No Call
• Patients per shift: Patients scheduled every 20 minutes
• Support Staff: Physicians, other APPs, and MA's/RN's/LVN's for Support
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing timeframe: Estimated 90 Days
Requirements:
• Active unrestricted CA License
• Active BLS certifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Board Certified
• Vaccination Requirement: Required with Booster
• Full-time coverage is mandatory-no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.
• Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
