Pay & Benefits:

scale up to $0.55/mile (including performance bonuses)

Approximately 200 power units, almost all under 4 years old

Automated documentation tools for simplified BOLs, PODs, invoicing, etc.
Over 400 paper-spec dry van trailers
"Drop & Hook" programs where possible to eliminate wait times
Two terminals (Wiggins, MS & Tupelo, MS) and multiple drop yards
Dispatch & Support:
Load Planners and Fleet Managers assigned by driver, not by geographic regions
Dispatch staff that knows you and your preferences
Company owners with "open door" policy
Flexible home time (submitted through ELDs)
NO routes to/from New York City or Jersey City
1 Day Orientation
Weekly Direct Deposit
Training program available (if qualified and approved by Director of Safety)
Passenger Policy: $9.00/month; Pet Policy: $500 deductible (non-refundable)
Paid vacation after 12 months
$1,200 referral bonus for drivers hired by BLT that you refer
