Are you an experienced Nurse Practitioner looking for an exciting locum tenens opportunity in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our urgent care team in Hiram, GA.

Position Details:

• Location: Hiram, GA
• Setting: Urgent Care Clinic
• Duration: Locum tenens assignment (flexible start date, ongoing as needed)
• December 2025 start
• Schedule:
• Flexible shifts, Sunday -Saturday shift options
• Patient Population: Pediatric - Seniors , must be comfortable with ages 2 and above

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality urgent care services, including diagnosing and treating acute illnesses and injuries.
• Perform minor procedures such as suturing, incision and drainage, and splinting.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals as needed.

Qualifications:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia.
• Certification in Family Medicine or Urgent Care preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in urgent care or similar setting.
• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
