Monday-Friday: 8a-5p, 40hrs/week. 8 hour work day with 1 hour unpaid lunch
Will consider providers for a minimum of 3 days/week if the provider is local and do not require housing
Clinical Details
Outpatient clinic
Family Physicians are expected to see up to 18 patients per day. May be less depending on cancellations, etc, but should be comfortable with higher volume and fast paced
Patient Population/Age: Newborns-Geriatrics. Provider should be comfortable working with all ages
Department Description: Community Health Center. Providers should have experience in these settings or express interest to work with vulnerable populations. They service migrants and refugees and have interpretative services available on site
OP ambulatory services, family medicine, walk-in/acute care services, chronic disease management
May be caring for same day walk in patients
Special Procedures: Basic bread and butter procedures. Injections, IUD placement, minor wound care
Expected to begin patient care by day 3
Requirements
Provider is not required to be bilingual, but would be a plus
Spanish or Russian speakers are a plus
Board Certified Family Practice
Active WA License and DEA
Must have a clean background/malpractice
Must have a minimum of 2 years experience as an FNP and face to face patient contact within past year
Must be covid and flu vaccinated
ACLS, BLS
Support Staff
Dedicated medical assistant for each provider, receptionist, mental health therapists, dietitians, most clinics have an onsite pediatrician and local health care administrator
