Plus a 24 -hour regular weekend shift, Saturday 7am - Sunday 7am
Trauma Call: In-house call shift starts at 3pm and runs to 7am, post call day is off if requested unless provider prefers to work

Average daily cases - CV: 3 or 4
Anesthetizing Sites: 12 ORs/9 NORA
Number of Surgical Cases per Year: 9,000
Anesthesia Model: 9MD / 16 APP
MD:CRNA Ratio: 1:3, Care team model, Physicians do 99% supervision, Self performing cases is uncommon, Physicians are expected to be present for Induction and Emergence, participate in post op-care, participate in pre-op evaluation of patient, This is a hands on practice
Types of Cases: Level II Trauma, Ortho, Spine, Vascular, limited Neuro, Endo, EP Lab
No OB or transplants
Cardiac Case Load: With TAVRs, mitral clips, CABG, etc, 10-12/week. 40-50/month, EP, watchman = 80/month
MDs will have a CRNA for the general OR/Trauma/IR cases
EMR: Medaxion (for anesthesia charting)
Meditech for orders and reviewing patient records

Required:
DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
Current Flu Vaccine
Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
