Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner

Coverage Needed

• May 27 - June 10, 2025
• Schedule: Mon, Thurs, Fri - 6am to 3pm; Tues - 8am to 5pm
• Specific Dates: 5/27, 5/29, 5/30, 6/2, 6/3, 6/5, 6/6, 6/9, 6/10/2025

Clinical Details

• Focus on prevention, wellness, and maintenance of health in a clinic setting
• Evaluate, treat, and educate patients
• Develop treatment plans, perform testing, write prescriptions, and perform administrative procedures
• Support Staff: Collaborative work with medical staff, consultation, partnership, or referral as needed

Requirements

• Education: Completed master's degree level Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant program from an accredited college/university
• Experience: Minimum three (3) years primary care practice experience
• Licensure: Active and unrestricted VA License
• Certification: Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire, NPI & DEA, Current National Board Certification
• Bilingual Spanish a plus
• May require phlebotomy
