Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Scientist Night Shift (4x8s)

Schedule: Night Shift 4x8 Hour Shifts (32 Hours/Week)

A well-established hospital in Brockton, MA is seeking a Medical Technologist (MT) / Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) to join their night shift team. This is a 32-hour/week position consisting of four 8-hour shifts, ideal for a motivated generalist who thrives in a supportive and fast-paced lab environment.

• Schedule: 4x8 hour night shifts (32 hours/week)

• Generalist role requiring competency in:

  • Hematology

  • Chemistry

  • Blood Bank

  • Microbiology: Gram stains, culture planting, strep, and respiratory virus testing

• Work independently with access to a collaborative, cross-trained team

• Competitive salary and shift differentials

• ASCP or equivalent certification preferred

• Associate s or Bachelor s degree in Medical Technology or Clinical Laboratory Science

• Prior generalist experience strongly preferred

• Ability to work independently during night shifts

• Strong organizational and analytical skills
