Salary and Benefits

Salary Range: $250,000 - $275,000 annually

Malpractice Coverage

Responsibilities

Monday to Friday (8:00 am 4:00 pm or 9:00 am 5:00 pm) with possible on-call duties
Conduct psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and follow-up care for patients
Work in an inpatient setting with patient volume varying based on census
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
Provide consultation and second opinions as needed
Supervise and mentor psychiatric residents or students (if applicable)
Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system (Credible)
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and best practices within the organization

Requirements

Clear and active licensure as a Psychiatrist in the state of Florida
Board Certification in Psychiatry (or Board Eligibility)
Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
Experience in inpatient psychiatric settings is preferred
