- Full-time outpatient position

Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Nurse Practitioner
- Eligible for Illinois APRN licensure
- DEA certification or eligibility
- New graduates and experienced providers are encouraged to apply
