We are currently hiring commercial Electrical Foreman with 3+ years of work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in the electrical industry. Job:

Responsible for managing projects and providing ongoing installation, support, and service of electrical projects in residential and light commercial sites

Assist in responding to and interpreting specifications

Work with an Account Executive to prevent various ideas and layouts to our prospects and customers

Site inspections and attend job meetings

Work with sales team on preparing job descriptions, estimating labor costs, preparing timelines, assisting with drawings

Estimate and maintain project budgets and track project costs and record appropriately

Work with team members to obtain and submit necessary permits

Qualifications:

Prior experience managing commercial electrical projects is required

Experience with building customer relationships, account management, and project management that involves multiple competing deadlines, shifting priorities, diverse participants (including subcontractors)

Basic electronic, low voltage circuitry, mechanical, and computer skills are required along with the technical aptitude including the ability to learn new technologies quickly and communicate technical information to clients

Journeyman or Master license a plus

Compensation:

Option to enroll in Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance

Starting pay $35 to $50/hour depending on experience

Weekly Pay

Referral Bonuses of up to $250 for referrals that result in a placement (Ask for details!)
